Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Publishers Clearing House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any item within 90 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Locate Your Invoice

  Find the original invoice included with your shipment, which contains your order details and the return shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the return portion of your invoice inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Peel off the pre-addressed return label from your invoice and place it firmly on the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
